Return and Exchanges
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can change your mind and let us know that you wish to return the item. We charge €3.95 for returns via PostNL. Returns in our shop are free of charge.
Of course you may try on the article, but when exchanging or returning it, the article must be unused and in good condition. Also for discounted items: not good = money back.
Returning via PostNL
Follow the steps below to return your order via PostNL.
- Fill in the return form provided to improve our service.
- Stick the supplied return label over the address label on your package.
- Make sure that the package is properly sealed.
- Take your parcel to a PostNL Service point.
- You will receive proof of postage from PostNL - please keep it carefully until your order is complete.
If the return label is not enclosed, write the address below on a piece of paper and paste it over your own address. You can send the parcel to:

Once your return has been checked and processed you will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return. The total amount will be refunded via the payment method you used as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. If applicable, the cost of the return (€3.95) will be deducted from the total amount.
If you have received your order and you are not satisfied, you can exchange your order in the store. Always take the return form with you to the store. Unfortunately we cannot exchange items in the store without the return form. Items purchased in the store can also be exchanged within 14 days with the receipt.
Returning in the store
Returns in our Amsterdam store are free of charge. Please take the return form with you to the shop. You will receive a cash refund in the shop and you will receive a receipt or you can withdraw your money.
