Return and Exchanges

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can change your mind and let us know if you wish to return the item(s). Returns in our shop are free of charge. We charge an amount for returns via postal service points.

We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed products (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you). For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This also applies on sale items. 

For our Dutch customers - Returning via PostNL:

Follow the steps below to return your order via PostNL.

1. Fill in the return form provided to improve our service.

2. Stick the supplied return label over the address label on your package.

3. Make sure that the package is properly sealed.

4. Take your parcel to a PostNL Service point. For locations nearby your address see : www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer..

5. You will receive proof of postage from PostNL - please keep it carefully until your order is complete.

Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer. We charge an extra €3,95 for returns via PostNL.

For our German customers - Returning via Deutsche Post:

Follow the steps below to return your order via Deutsche Post.

1. Fill in the return form provided to improve our service.

2. Stick the supplied return label over the address label on your package.

3. Make sure that the package is properly sealed.

4. Take your parcel to a Deutsche Post Service point. For locations nearby your address see : www.deutschepost.de/standorte.html

5. You will receive proof of postage from Deutsche Post - please keep it carefully until your order is complete.

Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer. We charge an extra €8,50 for returns via Deutsche Post.

Refund

Once your return has been checked and processed you will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return. The total amount of your return will be refunded via the payment method you used as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. If applicable, the cost of the return will be deducted from the total amount.

Exchange

Exchanging your items is only possible in-store, the other option is to return the products by post and order again.
If you bought your items online, but you are not truely satisfied, you can exchange your order in-store. Always take the return form with you to the store. Unfortunately we cannot exchange items without the return form. Items purchased in the store can also be exchanged within 30 days with the receipt. 

Returning in-store 

Returns in-store are free of charge. Please take the return form with you to the shop. We will send your package back to our warehouse. You will get the refund within 7 working days.

Damaged & faulty Items

We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. We will not return a product for faulty if it is not covered by our warranty policy or if it the product was damaged whilst being used in a way that it was not intended. The intention of use is at the discretion of Hang Eleven and will be judged in a reasonable way. If you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you rectifying this as soon as possible. 

Please email to hello@hang-eleven.com with the image(s) of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. Be aware that this is a condition to be eligible for a full refund of the costs.

If we confirm that it is indeed a faulty or damaged item, no return costs will be charged.
